You need a ToolXiv account. Sign in with GitHub or Google.
Submission Steps
1. Source
Paste your GitHub repository URL. We'll automatically fetch:
- Repository name and description
- Primary programming language
- License information
- GitHub stars and forks
- Repository topics (as tags)
2. Details
Fill in or edit the auto-fetched metadata:
- Name — Your tool's display name
- Description — A concise summary (10-500 characters)
- Long Description — Optional detailed description
- Categories — Select 1-3 categories
- Language — Primary programming language
- License — Software license
- Tags — Up to 10 descriptive tags
- Website URL — Optional project website
- Paper URL — Link to an academic paper if applicable
- Agent Prompt — Instructions for AI agents to use your tool
3. Citations
Search for and select other tools that your tool builds on or uses. This builds the citation graph.
4. Review
Preview your submission and submit it for review. An admin will review and approve it.
After Submission
Once approved, your tool will appear in search results and on your profile page. The impact score will be calculated based on citations and page views.
